Information you send us: your name, email address, company name, and the details you share about your project when you contact us.
Client information: the information and access needed to deliver the Services, such as brand assets, account access and campaign data.
Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We receive limited information such as your name, email, amount paid and the last four digits of your card. We never receive or store your full card number.
Technical information: our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and performance.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and photos from Unsplash: like any website that displays content hosted elsewhere, these providers receive your IP address when your browser loads them.

4. How we use your information

To reply to your messages and prepare a proposal.
To deliver, invoice and improve our Services.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with:

service providers who help us run our business (payment processing, hosting, email), under confidentiality obligations;
advertising and social platforms, when we run campaigns or manage accounts on your behalf;

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS) and limited access to client accounts.

9. Children

Our Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
